Meet the Team
Jordan Duggan
Owner
Jordan, began his career in construction over 25 years ago. He has extensive experience in construction, foundation/pad work, water management, air sealing, plumbing, hvac, construction project management, remodeling and flipping homes.
He is always furthering his education of building science, new product developments, and installation techniques. Jordan's passion for building better to improve the living conditions, experience, and health of the people who are in these buildings led him to pursue a Passive House Builder Certification.
KC White
Construction Manager
KC White wears many hats for Caprock, assisting project managers with on-the-job training, helping the team work through tough patches that may come up, and providing support as needed. He also works as a project manager and does whatever it takes to see a project to completion—no matter how small or large the task is.
KC attended the Project Management institute at Perdue University. He loves the freedom of working with a variety of customers and the ability to be creative when it comes to problem solving in the field. The work doesn’t feel like work to him, even when he’s up to his elbows in tasks.
KC was a machine gunner for the Marine Corps with 2 combat deployments to Ar Ramadi, Iraq. When he’s not juggling work (or juggling bowling pins), you’ll find him working out, fishing, and spending as much time with his family and young children as possible.
